pineapple chunks or tidbits
drained (save the juice)

shredded cheddar cheese

crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions
Combine the sugar, flour, and 2 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice. Add the cheese and pineapple tidbits and mix well.
Spoon the mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Spread the crushed crackers on top and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
