2cupsshredded zucchini

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the milk and whisk to combine. Beat in the Bisquick and set the bowl aside.
Place the zucchini on a paper towel–lined plate to soak up excess moisture. Then spread the zucchini in the bottom of the prepared pie pan. Top with a layer of onions and a layer of shredded cheese. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
