1poundground beef

1 ½cupssliced potatoes
2cupsfinely chopped white onionabout 1 large onion
¼cupthinly sliced celery
8ouncestomato sauce
1can (16 ounces)kidney beansdrained and rinsed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Season the beef with a small amount of salt and pepper while it is cooking. Drain.
Transfer the beef to a 2-quart casserole dish. Add the potatoes, onion, celery, tomato sauce, kidney beans, uncooked rice, water, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
