Instructions
Dressing
Combine the eggs, sugar, orange juice, and vinegar in a small saucepan.
Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and salt.
Let cool before folding in the sour cream.
Refrigerate the dressing while preparing the fruit salad.
Salad
Combine the fruit and marshmallows in a mixing bowl.
Fold in the dressing and spoon the salad carefully into a serving bowl.
Chill for 24 hours to allow the flavors to blend fully.
When ready to serve, garnish with mint sprigs if desired.
